Pig personality profile
Here I am demonstrating the Pig Personality Profile at PSA South East. You’ll find variations all over Google.
With a smaller group, delegates can cluster round the flipchart while you read the interpretation. With a larger group, they can keep their pig drawings with them on their table, desk or lap.
Remember, the interpretations are not scientific. It’s just a fun warm-up.
This icebreaker is particularly effective for teams who already know each other, or when you’re running a session about psychometric profiling, for example.
You can adapt this activity to suit your own learning outcome by asking people to draw something other than a pig, and by inventing your own analysis.
P.S. Outside the UK, Post-It notes are known as sticky notes.
