There are loads of games you can play to help people learn each other’s names. This one has several levels, but you don’t need to include them all. The level where people make up a name is the best one to omit.
Note that it’s likely to go wrong at some point, so ensure you celebrate mistakes, because there’s an important lesson in that for many organisations.
You can use this as a networking activity, to make a point about the importance of commitment and eye contact, or just as a fun icebreaker.
